RORY NELSON

Rory graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2013 and went on to achieve a distinction on the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School prior to joining Quinn Barrow Solicitors in September 2015.

Rory specialises in Commercial Property and represents Purchasers, Sellers and Lending Institutions alike. Rory has taken a lead role in the development of Quinn Barrow’s Banking Department and has generated an extensive client base in this field ranging from well-established private bridging finance companies to public high-street Banks and works tirelessly to provide loan and security documentation in accordance with the needs and security requirements of each individual client.

Rory’s workload is not limited to Commercial Property and Banking matters. He is also a key figure within our Private Client Department and has vast experience dealing with high-value estates from an Estate Planning perspective as well as experience in applications for Grant of Probate and dealings with HMRC in respect of Inheritance Tax Liability.

Rory loves his sport. Whenever he is not in his office you will find him on the golf course, the cricket field or following Liverpool Football Club around the country and across Europe.
